To ensure feedback is relevant and timely, all ratings must be submitted within 48 hours of communication.

You can either search for this address on all social media platforms, or you can limit your search to just one specific social media platform.
The social media account that service providers add to their profiles on BetterCall has a function that proves who the service providers are.
Because in order for a social media account to be added to the BetterCall Service Provider Profile, the person must log in to the relevant social media platform with their username and password.
In other words, a social media account cannot be added to the BetterCall profile by the user as text editing.
In this way, no one can add someone else's social media account to their own profile.

In BetterCall, the services can be provided via voice and/or video calls. The service provider determines the price of the service on a minute base for each type of call.
Calculation: The total service duration in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge.
Each 0 to 60 seconds is equal to a 1 minute. Such as 75 seconds service makes 2 minutes.
Service Provider can set a Minimum Service Duration when it is believed that at least a certain amount of time is needed to provide this service properly.
Minimum Service Duration is explicitly shown at the service page and can be recognized before the call.
Service fee calculations differ for services that end before the Minimum Service Duration.
Calculation:
-) If the service provider terminates the call: The total service duration in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge.
-) If the call is terminated by the service purchaser: The "Minimum Service Duration" in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge.
The collection method is determined according to the Service Provider's preference.
a-) It can be collected in full before the call.
b-) Only the Minimum Service Fee can be collected before the call. The rest is collected after the call.
c-) The entire amount can be collected after the call.
For the payments made partly or fully after the purchase, the money collection risk belongs to the service provider.
Collecting the payment in advance removes the risk of non-collection.
