1. Purpose

This Prohibited Services & Service Provider Rules Policy applies to all Sellers offering services on the platform operated by Bettercall Technologies Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

The purpose of this policy is to ensure:

  • Legal compliance
  • Platform safety and trust
  • Transparency for Buyers/Client, Service Provider, and advertising partners


2. Seller Responsibilities

By offering services on the platform, Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful service descriptions
  • Deliver services as described and within agreed timelines
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Act professionally and ethically toward Buyers/Client

Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they provide.



3. Prohibited Services

Sellers are strictly prohibited from offering, promoting, or providing services that include or relate to the following:

a. Illegal or Unlawful Activities

  • Any service that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Assistance with fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Creation or distribution of fake documents, identities, or reviews

b. Financial & Payment Fraud

  • Credit card fraud or chargeback manipulation
  • Money laundering or tax evasion services
  • Fake invoices, receipts, or financial records

c. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Trademark misuse or impersonation
  • Selling or distributing unauthorized software, media, or digital assets

d. Hacking, Malware & Cybercrime

  • Hacking or unauthorized system access
  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, or phishing services
  • Circumventing security systems or safeguards

e. Misleading, Deceptive, or False Services

  • Guaranteed results (e.g. “guaranteed income”, “100% approval”)
  • False claims about certifications, experience, or outcomes
  • Services designed to manipulate platforms, algorithms, or reviews

f. Restricted Advertising & Platform Abuse

  • Services that violate Meta, Google, TikTok, or other ad platform policies
  • Fake engagement (likes, followers, reviews, traffic)
  • Bypassing platform moderation or enforcement systems

g. Adult, Sexual, or Explicit Content

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit services
  • Escorting, prostitution, or adult companionship
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse-related content

h. Hate, Harassment & Violence

  • Hate speech or discriminatory services
  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • Promotion of violence or extremist ideologies

i. Regulated or High-Risk Services (Without Authorization)

  • Legal, medical, or financial advice without proper licensing
  • Gambling, betting, or lottery-related services
  • Sale or promotion of controlled substances, weapons, or explosives

j. Data Privacy & Personal Information Abuse

  • Sale or misuse of personal or confidential data
  • Data scraping or unauthorized data collection
  • Services violating GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, or privacy laws


4. Service Provider Conduct Rules

Service Providers must not:

  • Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
  • Move transactions off-platform
  • Manipulate disputes, refunds, or reviews
  • Harass, threaten, or exploit Buyers
  • Use misleading pricing or hidden conditions


5. Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Removal of service listings
  • Suspension or permanent termination of Service Provider accounts
  • Cancellation of active orders
  • Withholding or reversal of payments
  • Reporting to legal or regulatory authorities when required

Enforcement actions are at the sole discretion of the Company.



6. Monitoring & Reporting

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor listings and user activity
  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Request additional information or documentation

Users may report prohibited services or behavior through platform support.



7. Limitation of Platform Responsibility

Bettercall Technologies Inc. does not provide, endorse, or guarantee Service Provider's services.


Service Providers act as independent contractors, and all responsibility for compliance, delivery, and outcomes rests with the Seller.



8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time to reflect:

  • Legal changes
  • Platform requirements
  • Advertising partner policies

Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
