1. Overview

This Refund & Dispute Policy applies to all transactions made on the platform operated by Bettercall Technologies Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Our platform operates as an online services marketplace, where services are offered by independent Service Providers (“Sellers”) and purchased by Clients (“Buyers”).



2. Platform Role and Responsibility

  • Bettercall Technologies Inc. is not the provider of services listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.
  • Sellers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company.
  • Any service agreement is solely between Buyer and Seller.
  • The Company facilitates payments and may assist with disputes but does not guarantee service outcomes.


3. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: Inability to establish communication or persistent lack of clarity in communication due to network connectivity issues.
  • Fraud and Misrepresentation: Cases involving fraudulent activity or misrepresentation regarding the identity of the service provider or the documents provided.
  • Service Cancellation / Termination of Service: If the service is canceled or terminated in accordance with the platform's terms of service rules.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are confirmed.
  • Pre-payment: If the pre-collected amount exceeds the actual service fee, the surplus will be refunded.

The order is canceled in accordance with platform rules. Refund eligibility is subject to review and approval under this policy.



4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Client / Buyer changes their mind after service delivery
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference
  • Services that were provided as described
  • Services already completed

Due to the nature of communication services, completed services are generally non-refundable.



5. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Service Initialization

Orders may be canceled or terminated before the service provider answers the call.

b. After Service Has Started

Once service has begun, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on:

  • The progress of the service
  • Platform dispute review


6. Dispute Resolution Process

If a Buyer and Seller cannot resolve an issue directly, a dispute may be submitted through the platform.

The dispute process includes:

  • Review of communication
  • Evaluation of delivered service versus service description
  • Assessment of compliance with platform policies
  • The Company may:

  • Request additional information
  • Propose a partial refund
  • Uphold or deny the refund request
  • Decisions made by the Company are final.


7. Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting platform support.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Loss of refund eligibility
  • Additional investigation


8. Refund Method and Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times depend on the payment provider.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


9. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious activity
  • Limit refund requests
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse or fraud
  • This includes repeated refund requests or misuse of the dispute system.


10. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.



11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Dispute Policy at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform.
