How can I register and purchase a service?

If you are 18 years of age or older, you can register using your email address. To be able to purchase a service, please complete your profile information and then enter your payment details.

What type of device should I use ?

You'll need a mobile phone, tablet, or computer with internet access. Additionally, for video and audio communication, your device must have a camera and a microphone. (Please note: A camera isn't necessary for services provided with audio-only communication.)

Is an internet connection required?

Yes, as we are a web-based service, your device must have internet access. You should have a minimum internet speed of 1 Mbps, but we strongly recommend 6 Mbps or higher for the best experience.

In which languages can I receive the service?

You can purchase the service in all languages. After adding the service language to your profile, select this language to search for service providers offering the service you need. Your search results will show those offering the service in that language. for more detailed information on language usage.

Can I access the contact details of the Service Provider?

No. The contact information for all users both the service provider and the service recipient is kept strictly confidential. To reestablish contact, you can write to [email protected]

How do I find the most suitable service provider?

Search keywords under the relevant category. Narrow down your search results using filters. Set your budget in advance and check whether the service provider fits within it. Consider the service provider's service score, likes and reviews. Check the service provider's social media accounts to confirm they are the right person.

Is the service provider whose profile I see truly that person, or is it an fraud?

Check the service provider's social media accounts at the service page by clickin on it. The person you will be receiving the service from is the person who has access to these social media accounts. for detailed information. In addition, the service provider's score, the number of times they have provided this service, and the number of likes they get will give you an assessment. Why can't I make calls anymore?

Check your account — it might be restricted or temporarily blocked. Also, make sure your payments are up to date. If there’s a pending payment, you won’t be able to make new searches until it’s completed.

My account has been blocked/terminated. What can I do to use it again?

The specific conditions under which an account may be terminated are detailed on our Terms of Use page. If you believe your account was closed unfairly, please send an email explaining the situation to [email protected].

Will my calls remain confidential?

Yes, all video and voice calls are encrypted between the service provider and the service recipient. Furthermore, in accordance with our privacy policies accepted upon registration, it is essential that the information shared by both parties remains strictly confidential. Are calls recorded, or can they be recorded?

No. All consultations are strictly not recorded due to our confidentiality policies. Neither you, the other party, nor BetterCall should record the conversation. BetterCall only keeps track of numerical data related to the consultation, such as the duration, time, and any interruptions.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can create a new password by using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Rate

How can I share my experience with other people?

You can submit your rating and review through the platform within 48 hours of the consultation.

Why can’t I rate?

There are two conditions for giving a rating: the service must be completed, and the rating has to be done within 48 hours. for more details.

Is it fair for the service provider to rate the customer too?

Communication is a two-way thing. We believe it’s important for both sides to share their feedback — it helps us build a trustworthy and high-quality community.

Can I see who rated me and what rate they gave?

No. Individual ratings are kept private. You can only see the overall average once a certain number of ratings have been received.

I changed my mind about my review of the service provider. Can I update it?

Yes, you can edit all your ratings within 48 hours. After that time, no changes can be made.

Invoicing & Collection

Can I change my payment information?

Yes. You can change your payment information at any time.

How can I access my invoice?

Click on the Call Details. You can view and download the invoice created by your service provider.

What is the minimum service duration?

It is the definition of a minimum duration set for the service. The Service Provider can define the minimum time in which they will provide the service.

What is the minimum service fee?

It is the amount calculated by multiplying the minimum service duration by the unit minute rate.

How is the duration calculated?

Every second from zero to 60 means one minute. For example, a 40-second call is considered 1 minute. An 80-second call is considered 2 minutes.

How is the service fee calculated?

The total service duration in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge. However, if a Minimum Service Duration has been defined and the call is terminated by the service recipient before the end of this duration then the calculation is the Minimum Service Duration in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge. Do I have to pay the service fee in advance?

The Service Provider decides when the fee will be collected. If you want to make a payment after the call, you must obtain the service from a Service Provider that allows this. This detail is shown on the service page.

The fee collected before the call is more than the service fee. When will you refund the excess amount?

The excess collected amount will be refunded to the payment method within 3 business days.

I was not satisfied with the service I received. Do I still have to pay the fee?

The conditions under which the fee will not be paid are written in the Refund & Dispute Policy section. If the conditions that require not paying the fee have occurred, no charge will becollected from you. Any fees collected beforehand will be fully refunded.
