To ensure feedback is relevant and timely, all ratings must be submitted within 48 hours of communication.

These comments are restricted and can only be read by the Service Provider and BetterCall Administrators.

You can either search for this address on all social media platforms, or you can limit your search to just one specific social media platform.
The social media account that service providers add to their profiles on BetterCall has a function that proves who the service providers are.
Because in order for a social media account to be added to the BetterCall Service Provider Profile, the person must log in to the relevant social media platform with their username and password.
In other words, a social media account cannot be added to the BetterCall profile by the user as text editing.
In this way, no one can add someone else's social media account to their own profile.

In BetterCall, the services can be provided via voice and/or video calls. The service provider determines the price of the service on a minute base.
Each 0 to 60 seconds is equal to a 1 minute. Such as 75 seconds service makes 2 minutes.
Calls between the Minimum and Maximum Service Duration: Calculation:
- The total service duration in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge.
Calls shorter than the Minimum Service Duration: Calculation:
- If the service provider terminates the call: The total service duration in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge.
- If the call is terminated by the service purchaser: The "Minimum Service Duration" in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge.
Calls longer than the Maximum Service Duration: Calculation:
- The Maximum Service Duration in minutes multiplied by the per-minute charge.
Payment Collection!
Prior to the start of the service call, a pre-authorization will be placed on the user's payment method for the amount corresponding to the maximum session duration specified in the service details.
However, only the actual Service Fee incurred at the end of the session will be charged to the customer.
Important Notes:
- The Service Fee cannot exceed the pre-authorized amount. Therefore, the service must be completed within the allotted Maximum Service Duration time frame.
- The system does not terminate the call automatically at the end of Maximum Service Duration. Monitoring the session duration and ending it on time is entirely the responsibility of the Service Provider. Any duration exceeding the maximum time limit will not be billed and no additional fees can be claimed.
- If the service does not take place, the pre-authorization will be released, and no charges will be applied.
